How Our Process Works

If you are online and able to complete our website’s Loan Application, then we will receive notification and download it at our office. If you cannot complete the application online, you can call our office at (580) 226-8347 and schedule an appointment to complete an application in person with our Loan Originators. After that, we will order a Credit Report, review it, and let you know the loans for which you qualify. We also try to give pointers on how to meet up to the criteria these loans demand.

Before you start the loan process, you'll need to have some information at hand for ALL loan applicants:

  1. Social Security numbers; and copy of Social Security Card and Driver’s License
  2. Residence addresses for the past two years
  3. Names and addresses of your employers over past two years
  4. Your current gross monthly salary
  5. Names, addresses, account numbers and balances on all checking and savings accounts
  6. Names, addresses, account numbers, balances and monthly payments on all open loans
  7. Addresses and loan information of other real estate owned
  8. Estimated value of furniture and personal property & vehicles
  9. Certificate of Eligibility and DD-214, (for veterans only on VA loans)
  10. W2's for the past two years, 2 months recent bank statements, current check stubs for past 30 days
  11. For self-employed individuals, you will need to provide personal tax returns for the past two years, current income statement and balance sheet for the business
  12. Bankruptcy, Divorce, and Child Support papers (may not be necessary, but good to have them available just in case)

Upon acceptance of the loan application and credit report, we will need to make copies of these documents (if applicable) to put together in our file along with our completed forms. Please try to gather all that you can from the list above, and it will speed along the entire process for everyone.
